- Download the latest version of Windows Windows Device Recovery Tool in your PC & Install it. Click Here to Download the recovery tool.
- Open the recovery tool and connect your Phone using USB cable. If your phone is not detected, click “My phone was not detected” to force the recovery tool to rescan & detect your mobile.
- After this, you will see your phone, click your phone, wait a few seconds, and you’ll see your phone information and the software available for download to roll back to a previous operating system. To continue, click “Reinstall software”. (screenshot is given below).
